Scott LivingstoneSunset Divers Instructor / Boat Captain
Scott Livingstone never stops. He may grab lunch for as long as it takes to consume but you’ll recognize him simply by motion. Maybe because it’s so cold in the oil fields of Northern Canada that you have to keep moving. The icy North just wasn’t cutting it for Scott so he did what most logical people would do in that situation- he moved to Australia and learned to surf. Apparently he has the hair for it… While Down Under he decided that diving was worth a go and since then has not looked back. When he got home he did a final year on the rigs and put his money to work. He became an Instructor, interned at Sunset Divers and we had no hesitation in snapping him up. He has quickly become the guests’ favorite and can’t do enough to help, coach or support anyone who needs a little extra attention. Scott hails from the Instructor Capital of Canada- that’s Kelowna to you and me. The Mecca of dive instruction in British Columbia. There he played soccer, virtually lived in a lake and in his spare time likes to quality control Corona and Jack Daniels but not in the same glass. Scott is 62 years old and has his own board and loves aerobics- yes ladies- he’s a catch! |
