Thatched and cool, sea breezes drifting lazily through the shady interior, My Bar, is the Cayman Islands largest and, at times, the liveliest outdoor bar. To many people, it is the location of treasured memories, a welcoming place, where old friends renew relationships and where new friendships are formed. Appealing to young and old, locals and visitors, My Bar occupies a central place in the life of the island.

As you'd expect, seafood is a specialty, but the lunch and dinner menus include soups and salads, meat and poultry, curries and pastas. The snack menu includes old favorites as English-style fish and chips and new additions, too. Bacon wrapped shrimp served with honey mustard sauce is a favorite; conch burgers and fritters are also especially delicious. And you would be remissed, if you don't try something off the East Indian Curry Menu! A Sunset House favorite! And do not miss the wonderful desserts!

The SeaHarvest offers sizzling outdoor choices as well as sophisticated, indoor air-conditioned dining.

The sunsets over the Caribbean Sea in Grand Cayman are the most magnificent ever seen. The colors around the sun grow bright, with pink and orange streaks filling the sky. The dive boats are silhouetted against this incredible background as the sun slowly slides into the ocean. A sight to behold!
