Rules & Regulations

To enter and be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of Canada and over the age of 18.
Excludes representatives, employees, agents and immediate family members of the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, Squba Holidays, Divers Den, G&S Watersports and Sunset House. Should be a certified diver. The Cayman Islands Dive contest commences at 8:00 a.m. ET on May 24, 2012 and closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 21, 2012.
Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution. Prize is not transferable and cannot
be redeemed for cash. Value of airfare is restricted @ $800.00 each. Travel must be completed within reasonable time and cannot be sold, exchanged or bartered. Request for refund will not be entertained. Prize is based on double occupancy and is subject to airline & hotel availability at the time of booking. No purchase necessary. Blackout Periods apply during holiday periods - Christmas/ New Year/Spring Break & Easter. Prize must be redeemed by March 31, 2013. Winner must agree to photos on island and possible press release or article in a dive publication.
