Sunset Divers 40th Anniversary Special Edition Amphitrite Bronze Sculpture

Sunset House and Simon Morris team up to release a Special Edition of “Amphitrite” to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of Sunset Divers.

“Amphitrite", the nine footh tall bronze mermaid, was created by well-known marine sculptor Simon Morris and placed in approximately 50 feet of water on Sunset Reef, the famous shore dive right in front of Sunset House in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

Shortly after the placement of the mermaid in 2000, Simon released a limited edition of 250 - 1/12th scale bronze replicas of the nine-foot tall mermaid, all signed and numbered. For the 40th Anniversary, a Special Edition series has been segmented from this edition and will include an engraved brass plaque on the front face of the 5” tall travertine stone base.

Only 40 of these will ever be available. Each engraved plaque bears the 40th Anniversary logo, the Special Edition message, and is hand numbered #_ of 40, and signed by Simon. The purchaser’s name can also be added if desired.

Every bronze sculpture is hand-cast to order specifically for each buyer, and will be ready for delivery within six to eight weeks from date of order placement.

Price includes limited edition sculpture, mounted on 3” X 3” X 5” Travertine stone base, with hand signed and numbered 40th Anniversary Plaque. Only 40 of the Special Edition sculptures will be available.

The sculpture is presented in a custom made black satin bag with gold drawstring and custom gold embroidered with Simon’s signature. It is packaged for safe shipping anywhere in the world.

Every bronze sculpture is hand-cast to order specifically for each buyer, and will be ready for shipment within six to eight weeks from date of order placement.
